When we were sightseeing in Fremantle, Western Australia, a friend suggested that we might like to watch the sunset over the ocean from the upper floor of a brewery restaurant called Little Creatures. The view was indeed breathtaking and we had wonderful appetizers there, a friendly waiter, and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
I choose a pint of an amber beer that they brewed on the premises and discovered that it was perfectly balanced, flavorful and had a crisp finish. It is called Rogers and Laurie (who isn’t a beer fancier) also found it delicious. We later purchased a six-pack at a liquor store and liked it a lot in the bottle too.
I can’t remember ever liking a beer of that style any better. Good on ya, Little Creatures brewers!
