Beside the terrace to our room in Bali, Indonesia was a small shrine. It is entered through the ornate metal gate in the photo.
A lovely gold and black dragonfly alighted on the gate and I was able to snap a quick photo before it flew into the shrine for a visit. These gorgeous dragonflies were all around us in Bali and this is just one of the infinite number of color variations.
