The property where we are staying in Western Australia has a 12 acre orchard. Besides the orchard which has apple, pear, plum trees, there is a lemon tree, a lime tree and a grapefruit tree.
The lemon tree is full of lemons and we have been busy trying to use as much of them as possible. So far, besides lemonade, lemon ice and lemon iced tea, we have made a lemon cake, lemon muffins and two large jars of preserved lemons for using in Moroccan cooking.
