Nyoman Sukarsa is a restaurateur and artist in Ubud, Bali who promotes organic food. He has recently been focusing on healthy juice blends using organic produce and delivers bottles of his juices throughout the area.
We stumbled into his tiny warung (shop) during a walk down the road where we are staying, and listened while this loquacious entrepreneur told us the story of his family and his business. We’ve since been back a few times for his juices, as well as lunch and dinner.
